Q3 2026 Trading Update

DP Poland PLC, the operator of Domino’s Pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces its unaudited trading update for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2026 (“Q3 2026” and “YTD September 2026”), in line with market expectations.

DP Poland Chief Executive Officer, Łukasz Ostrowski, commented:

“During the third quarter, we concentrated on converting our strategic priorities into measurable actions. We continued the shift to a more franchise-oriented business, with four additional corporate stores converted and one new franchised store opened during Q3, taking the total number of franchised stores to 58, representing 42% of the network. We also refined the Pizzeria 105 conversion approach and developed the operating platform needed for scalable growth.

Trading in Poland was subdued through July and August, before like-for-like sales moved back into positive territory in September and mitigated part of the summer shortfall. Our priorities are to sharpen the relevance of our offer, build a stronger carry-out channel and generate more profitable orders per store.

The reshaping of our store network is progressing as planned. We are advancing corporate-store disposals, with a decreasing number of partners relying on vendor financing and an increasing proportion of transactions completed for cash, alongside the franchise development actions set out with our H1 results. Lessons from the conversions completed to date are helping us make the Pizzeria 105 proposition more practical for partners and accelerate the move towards a predominantly franchised network.

We also advanced the Group’s technology agenda. The new customer app is expected to be released in Q4 2026 and is expected to simplify the ordering journey, deepen customer engagement and provide a stronger platform for profitable order growth.

Cash remained stable during the quarter and current trading is consistent with management expectations. With tight control of liquidity, a larger franchised estate and further operational improvements, we believe the Group is well positioned to create durable value for shareholders.”

Strategic and Operational Highlights

Franchise-led transformation

  • A predominantly franchised, capital-efficient network remains central to the Group’s long-term value-creation plan.
  • The corporate-store conversion programme is progressing in line with the timetable communicated with the H1 2026 results.
  • The Group remains focused on achieving over 50% of the Domino’s estate operated by franchise partners by the end of 2026.
  • Four additional corporate stores were converted and one new franchised store opened during Q3, taking the total number of franchised stores to 58, representing 42% of the network.

Pizzeria 105 conversion programme

  • Work to integrate the Pizzeria 105 estate advanced during the third quarter.
  • Lessons from the completed conversions are being incorporated into a simpler process, with the aim of strengthening unit economics and making participation more attractive to franchisees.
  • Management continues to view the Pizzeria 105 estate as a significant long-term opportunity to expand the Domino’s brand in Poland.

Focus on profitable order density

  • Commercial initiatives during the quarter were directed at increasing orders per store while preserving attractive unit economics.
  • Particular focus is being placed on strengthening the carry-out proposition to improve order count, alongside customer segmentation, menu and value architecture, targeted engagement and digital conversion.
  • The objective is to grow order count while maintaining disciplined margin management and profitable system sales growth.

Technology and digital development

  • The Group expanded its digital development work during Q3 2026, concentrating in particular on its website and app, while also supporting automation in the warehouse management system and document processing, as well as the development of back-end infrastructure.
  • A new customer app is expected to launch in Q4 2026 and is intended to improve the customer journey, increase conversion, support retention and enable more targeted engagement.

Sustainability reporting

  • The Company expects to be ready to publish its first Sustainability Report, prepared with reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), in the coming days.

Cash discipline

  • Cash resources were stable through the quarter, supported by close control of expenditure and working capital.
  • The Group continues to receive cash proceeds from the sale of corporate stores to franchisees.
  • Management remains focused on balancing investment in strategic initiatives with prudent capital allocation and liquidity management.

Outlook

Q3 2026 delivered further progress on the Group’s key execution priorities. The programme to increase franchise ownership, convert the Pizzeria 105 estate and strengthen the digital platform is proceeding according to the plans communicated with the H1 results.

Consumer demand varied across the quarter; however, Poland’s return to positive LFL system sales growth in September provides a firmer starting point for the final three months of the year.

The combination of network growth, a rising franchise contribution, operational actions and disciplined liquidity management underpins the Board’s expectation that FY 2026 trading will be in line with current market expectations.
