H1 and Q2 2026 Trading Update

DP Poland PLC, the operator of Domino's Pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces its unaudited trading update for Q2 and the six months ended 30 June 2026 ("H1 2026").

DP Poland's Chief Executive Officer, Nils Gornall, commented:

"DP Poland delivered a strong first half, with double-digit system sales and order growth across both Poland and Croatia, driven by network expansion and ongoing franchise development.

Our Domino's store network grew to 139 locations at the end of H1 2026, with franchisee-owned stores increasing to 53 locations, or 38% of the estate, compared with 15% at the end of H1 2025. A further five Pizzeria 105 stores were converted to Domino's during H1 2026. Whilst conversion activity has progressed more cautiously than anticipated, the Group is applying insights gained from completed conversions to refine the process and is now focused on accelerating the pace of future conversions.

The operational benefits of our commissary consolidation, completed in Q1 2026, are beginning to flow through the business, supporting improved cost efficiency, labour productivity and long-term scalability across the network."

Trading Update H1 2026

·  Group System Sales of £34.8m, up 17.5% YoY on a constantcurrency basis (up 20.6% on a reported basis) driven by network expansion and positive like-for-like sales growth

·   Group System Orders of 2.7m, up 11.5% YoY

·   Whilst Group system sales and orders continued to deliver double-digit growth during H1 2026, like-for-like trading moderated in the second quarter against a strong comparative period, following a significant marketing and promotional campaign in Q2 2025.

·   The Group recognises the softer like-for-like order performance in Q2 and remains focused on initiatives to improve order growth while continuing to drive profitable system sales growth

Strategic and Operational Highlights

The Group continues to execute against its long-term growth strategy, with a clear focus on becoming the leading pizza brand in Poland.

Franchise Transition - A shift from corporate to franchisee-owned stores:

·    Franchisee‑owned stores increased to 38% of the estate, representing 53 franchised locations

·    6 corporate-owned stores sold to franchisees during H1

Pizzeria 105 acquisition - A strategic opportunity to scale the business:

·    Five additional stores converted in H1 2026

·    18 stores converted since the acquisition

·   The converted Pizzeria 105 store portfolio delivered sales growth of approximately 17.7% from each store's respective conversion date to the end of H1 2026, compared with the corresponding pre-conversion period

·   The conversion programme has been refined based on operational learnings from the first 18 conversions, with a focus on simplifying the conversion process, improving unit economics and supporting increased franchisee adoption

Store network - Portfolio with 208 stores:

·    Eight new stores were added during H1 2026, while four underperforming locations were closed as part of our planned network optimisation program, strengthening the portfolio and aligning it with our strategic objectives

·  Two corporate-owned stores were renovated to enhance brand presence and the customer experience

·  The Domino's network comprised 139 stores at half-year (132 Poland and 7 in Croatia), representing 19% year-on-year growth

·    The Group also operated 69 Pizzeria 105 stores at the half-year

Outlook

The Board is pleased with H1 2026 performance and remains confident in the full-year outlook. The Group anticipates continued double-digit system sales growth in H2 2026, underpinned by ongoing network expansion and the continuing Pizzeria 105 conversion programme.

DP Poland remains focused on continued franchise transition to a franchise-led, capital-light operating model, which is expected to deliver system sales growth, margin expansion and improved long-term returns for shareholders. Margin improvement is expected to be supported by further disposals of corporate stores, the full-year benefit of commissary consolidation, supply chain efficiency gains and increased purchasing power as the network scales.
