Board Changes

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces that it has been notified by Domino's Pizza Group plc ("DPG") of a change to the representative to the board of DP Poland, replacing Derk "Stoffel" Thijs with David Telford. This nomination right is in accordance with the Subscription Agreement disclosed in the April 2024 Circular.

This change follows Mr Thijs ceasing to be employed by DPG and, as a result he is stepping down from his role as DPG's Board representative with immediate effect. Mr Thijs was appointed as a non-executive director at DP Poland in January 2024, prior to DPG's investment in the Company, and he will continue to serve as a non-executive director on the Board of DP Poland.

David Telford joined DPG in 2019 as Head of Group Accounting and has served as Group Financial Controller since 2021. The proposed appointment of David Telford to the Board is subject to completion of customary due diligence and a further announcement will be made at the time of David's appointment.
