Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

 

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 20 July and following completion of regulatory and due diligence by the Company's Nominated Adviser, Łukasz Ostrowski has been appointed to the Board of Directors as Chief Executive Officer.

Łukasz Ostrowski, CEO, commented: "I'm delighted to be joining DPP today, a business with such strong operational foundations to build from. Throughout my career, I've focused on scaling multi-site consumer businesses and strengthening their digital and e-commerce capabilities, and I'm looking forward to applying that experience here. I'm joining a team with deep Domino's knowledge already in place, and look forward to working with them as we scale the platform and drive the Group's next phase of growth."
