In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6 (the "Rules") the Company announces that as at 31 January 2026 its issued share capital consisted of 1,327,786,530 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, carrying one vote per share (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 1,327,786,530.

Shareholders should use 1,327,786,530 the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
