Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Board of Dotlines (AIM: DOTL), a UK-based international technology group operating in the telecommunications, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and financial technology sectors, announces that it has resolved to change the Company's accounting reference date.

The Company's financial yearend will change from 30 June to 31 December.

Accordingly:

·    Following the Company's audited results for the year ended 30 June 2025, the current accounting period has been extended and will now end on 31 December 2026, resulting in an 18‑month accounting period.

·     The Company has already published interim results for the six‑month period ended 31 December 2025.

·   The Company will publish interim results for the sixmonth period ending 30 June 2026 within three months of that date, in accordance with AIM Rule 19.

·     The Company will publish audited accounts for the 18month period ending 31 December 2026 no later than 30 June 2027, in accordance with AIM Rule 19.

·    Thereafter, the Company will report on a 12month financial year ending 31 December, with interim results covering the six months to 30 June each year.

The Board believes that aligning the Company's financial yearend with its operational reporting cycle and internal planning processes will improve comparability of financial performance and enhance internal reporting efficiencies.

In addition to the above, the Company will be announcing the annual results for the year to 31 December 2025 for its operating subsidiary in the UK of the same name, Dotlines Global Ltd, and its group companies on 30 June 2026.
