Cancellation of Treasury Shares
Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the provider of a leading AI-powered marketing platform for customer acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy, announces that it has cancelled 5,211,607 ordinary shares held in treasury. The cancelled shares represented 1.69 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The cancellation was on 10 August 2026 and the Company was notified on 20 August 2026 that the cancellation had become effective.
Following the cancellation there are now 303,245,399 ordinary shares in issue with zero now held in treasury. Total voting rights are now 303,245,339.
