Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (AIM: DFCH), a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 5AD on 21 May 2026 at 10.00 a.m.

The Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, was posted to shareholders today. Copies of these documents are currently available on the Company's website at www.dfcapital-investors.com.
