RedLeg listed in major UK Supermarket chain

and

US approval for Blackwoods 60% Gin

Distil Plc ("the Group" or "Distil") (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands, is pleased to announce that one of the largest supermarket retailers in the UK has listed RedLeg Spiced Rum for its stores throughout the UK and will be promoting the brand through a number of special offers starting this month.

This new listing significantly increases RedLeg Spiced Rum's presence in the UK, adding to the many specialist off-licence stores and growing number of bars that stock the brand.

Distil is also pleased to announce that, following the statement made on 26 February 2015, Blackwoods Limited Edition 60% Gin has now been fully approved by the US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau ("TTB") for sale in the US. As previously announced the brand will start to be distributed throughout the US, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico by The Winebow Group. Still awaiting initial approval in this two-stage approval process are the Blackwoods Vodka and RedLeg brands.

First orders of Blackwoods Small Batch Gin have now been shipped to the US and these will soon be followed by the first orders of Blavod Black Vodka, a product that has not been sold in the US since 2012. Both of these brands have been re-designed and have been warmly received in this market.

In the UK, as well as continuing to grow sales through multiple and specialist retailers the Group is actively preparing promotional initiatives for the summer season and these will include the RedLeg "Rum Shack" being at a number of the leading UK food festivals to include Brighton, Bristol, Clapham, Alexandra Palace and Syon Park.
