Interim Results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026

The Board of Digital 9 Infrastructure plc announces the Company's unaudited Interim Results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The Interim Report has been published and is available to view on the Company's website at: https://www.d9infrastructure.com/investors/.

Shareholders wishing to discuss the Interim Results are welcome to request a meeting with representatives of the Investment Manager by emailing D9@ircp.com.

Eric Sanderson, Chair of D9, said:

"This has been a milestone period for D9. We returned £30 million to shareholders through our first compulsory redemption since the wind-down began, funded by the disposals completed last year, the repayment of the RCF and the early settlement of the Verne Global earn-out.

With two assets remaining, Arqiva and Elio Networks, our focus is firmly on realising value in a disciplined way. We will not chase an accelerated sale at the expense of value, but we remain alert to opportunities to return capital to shareholders as quickly as circumstances allow."

Key Highlights

·    NAV per share of 8.6p at 30 June 2026 (31 December 2025: 9.3p).

·    First return of capital under the Managed Wind-Down: a compulsory pro-rata redemption returning £30 million to shareholders (approximately 3.5p per existing Ordinary Share, at a Redemption Price of 9.2753p; a 37.38% redemption ratio).

·    £10 million received in cash on early settlement of the Verne Global earn-out (valuation uplift recognised in the audited 31 December 2025 results).

·    Aqua Comms disposal completed in FY25, with a positive completion adjustment of £0.4 million received in the period.

·    Portfolio now comprises two remaining assets, Arqiva and Elio Networks, as the Managed Wind-Down and orderly realisation continues.

The Interim Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
