Trading Update

Dianomi, a leading provider of digital advertising services to premium clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, is pleased to provide an unaudited update on trading for the 6 months to 30 June 2026 ("H126").

The Group expects to deliver revenues of £13.4 million (H125: £13.2 million), representing growth of 2% year on year. On a constant currency basis, revenue grew 4.5% year on year. Strongly improved gross margin performance led to an increase in gross profit to £3.9 million (H125: £3.3 million), representing a margin of 28.9% (H125: 25.3%). The Group expects to recognise a small loss at EBITDA level which is significantly improved on the prior year (H125: loss of £0.6 million). Cash as at 30 June 2026 was £6.0 million (30 June 2025: £5.7 million, 31 December 2025: £5.8 million), reflecting positive cash flow in the period despite the EBITDA loss, and the Group remains debt free.

During the period Dianomi expanded its partnerships with both CNN News and Associated Press, adding additional units on new pages to its existing footprint across both publishers' wider sites, highlighting the attractiveness of Dianomi's solution to its publishing partners.

Furthermore, in April, Dianomi Interactive was successfully introduced, a new media ad format, designed to enable audiences to interact directly within an ad unit to better explore products, participate in a poll, or engage with other types of interactive elements. By making ads more engaging, Dianomi Interactive increases dwell time leading to higher click through rates as well as generating valuable new engagement data. The response from premium advertisers and publishers to the new ad formats generated immediate engagement and has resulted in a pipeline of new campaigns being developed.

There is growing demand from listed companies to use Dianomi's platform to help engage with key investor audiences, including institutional investors, financial advisers and the increasingly important retail investor community. To meet this demand and building on successful IR campaigns to date, the Group has launched a dedicated Investor Relations and Corporate Communications vertical. This initiative is further strengthened by the appointment of a new Head of Insights, who will lead the development of enhanced audience intelligence and data-driven insights to help clients better understand and engage their target investor base. Together, these developments broaden Dianomi's proposition within a growing specialist market and reinforce the Group's position as a trusted partner to premium financial brands.

Rupert Hodson, CEO of Dianomi, said:

"This has been an active first six months which has translated into a good trading performance showing improvement across all our key metrics. While advertisers remain cautious compared to historic ad spend levels we have continued to innovate and develop our premium product services through the launch of Dianomi Interactive, a new partnership with AI media infrastructure company Dappier and most recently the introduction of a dedicated IR and Corporate Communications vertical. These are driving new conversations with both existing and prospective clients which bodes well for the future. However, ultimately, our products are only as good as our platform and so the decision by CNN News and Associated News to expand their engagement with us, is the strongest signal of the strength of our proposition.

Overall, we have had a good start to 2026, and we are focused on keeping up this positive momentum going forward."
