Further to the preliminary full year results announcement released on 23 June 2026, the Company has today published the following documents:

 

•              Dialight plc 2026 Annual Report and Accounts

•              Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (Notice of AGM)

•              A form of proxy for the AGM

•              A voting instruction card
