Diales Group Plc (AIM: DIAL), the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, announces that it has been notified that the Diales Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has on 17 April 2026 purchased 135,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.625 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

These Ordinary Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy the future vesting of share options granted to employees of the Company. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees. The purchase of Ordinary Shares by the EBT has been funded by a gift provided by the Company from its existing cash resources.

 

Following this transaction, a total of 138,677 Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately 0.26 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
