Diales Group Plc (AIM: DIAL), the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, announces that Peter Collini, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, will be stepping down from the Board of Diales on 14 May 2026 after nine years of service.

In line with the Board's succession planning, Jane Dumeresque, Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee effective from 15 May 2026.

Peter Collini, Independent Non-Executive Director, said:

"It has been a privilege and a pleasure to serve on the Board of Diales Group Plc during such a transformative period. I am incredibly proud of what the team has achieved, and I leave the Company in a strong position for its next phase of growth.  I wish them every success."
