Diaceutics and Syndax expand multi-year Relay partnership

Expanded partnership to support the commercialization of a diagnostic-driven therapy and help identify and treat eligible patients sooner

New York, USA and Belfast, UK, 24 September 2026 - Diaceutics PLC (AIM: DXRX), the intelligence and engagement company unlocking the full potential of diagnostic-driven therapies, today announces the expansion of its existing Diaceutics Relay* partnership with Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Syndax").

The Relay agreement will expand to support the commercialization of Syndax's breakthrough acute leukaemia precision oncology medicine, helping identify eligible patients sooner and enabling more timely access to treatment opportunities. The agreement builds on the existing partnership with Syndax signed in Q4 2025 and reflects a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes through more effective patient identification and commercial execution. 

Relay is Diaceutics' integrated commercialization partner model, which was previously referred to as PMx. It brings together the full breadth of Diaceutics' intelligence and engagement solutions - spanning diagnostic regulatory planning, testing landscape, concordance studies, real-time diagnostic intelligence, scientific field engagement and physician education - in one coordinated commercialization solution, and supports Diaceutics' expanding addressable market.

Syndax's acute leukaemia precision oncology medicine is a diagnostic-driven therapy where timely patient identification is critical to helping patients access appropriate treatment opportunities. Relay brings the power of the Diaceutics portfolio together for precision medicines, helping biopharma companies better understand diagnostic activity and coordinate engagement across labs, HCPs and field teams while treatment decisions are still forming.
