Notice of Annual Meeting

Devolver Digital, an award-winning digital publisher and developer of independent ("indie") video games, announces that its Notice of Annual Meeting ("AM") has been published.

The Notice of AM is available on, and can be downloaded from, the Company's investor website at: https://investors.devolverdigital.com and will be posted to shareholders who request hard copies.

The AM of the Company will be held at Fieldfisher's offices, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom on 26 June 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (UK time).
