The Group was notified by the Trustees of Derwent Valley Employee Trust Limited that 5,253 (including dividend equivalents) £0.05p ordinary shares had been released from the EBT in respect to the vesting of Damian Wisniewski's 2019 Performance Share Plan Award under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014.  

The EBT holds ordinary shares for the benefit of the Group's employees, and the shares will be used to satisfy awards granted to employees including to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").

In total the EBT now holds 35,609 ordinary shares and this represents 0.03% of the Group's issued share capital. The Group's total issued share capital as at 9 September 2026 equates to 109,748,146.
