Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT")

 

 

The Company was notified on 7 April 2026 by the Trustees of Derwent Valley Employee Trust Limited that 19,101 (including dividend equivalents) £0.05p ordinary shares had been released from the EBT at the price of £16.03 per ordinary share in respect of the deferred element of the 2022 annual bonus.

 

The EBT holds ordinary shares for the benefit of the Company's employees, and the shares will be used to satisfy awards granted to employees including to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").

 

In total the EBT now holds 46,741 ordinary shares and this represents 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company's total issued share capital as at 7 April 2026 equates to 112,297,122.
