Dekel Agri-Vision Plc (AIM: DKL), the West African agriculture company focused on building a portfolio of sustainable and diversified projects, announces that it was notified that on 11 August 2026, Aristide Achybrou, Non-Executive Director of the Company, made the following purchase of ordinary shares of €0.0003367 ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company from Jonathan Johnson-Watts, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, as set out below:
