DCC PLC (NOW KNOWN AS DCC ENERGY PLC)

(THE "COMPANY")

Notification of change of company name

Further to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 16 July 2026, the Company is pleased to announce that its change of name from DCC plc to DCC Energy plc was registered at the Companies Registration Office today, 17 July 2026, and is now effective.

Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name DCC Energy plc with effect from 20 July 2026. The Company's TIDM code '(DCC)', ISIN and Sedol will remain unchanged.
