Delay in publication of accounts and temporary suspension of trading

daVictus plc, (LSE: DVT), announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2026 ahead of the 30 September 2026 deadline.

In accordance with the applicable Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to publish its audited Annual Report by 30 September 2026. However, the Company is continuing to work with its auditors to finalize the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2026. Despite the best efforts of all parties, the Company requires further time to finalize these accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures with respect thereto.

As a result of the delay in publishing the Annual Report, the Company's expects that its shares will be temporarily suspended from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect 7.30 a.m. on 1 October 2026 until the publication of its audited accounts. Following the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts the Company will make an application for the suspension to be lifted.
