daVictus plc, (LSE: DVT), announces that, today announces the change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 May with immediate effect.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, daVictus PLC 's reporting timetable will be as follows:

· Audited accounts for the 17-month period ended 31 May 2026 to be published by 30 September 2026

· Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 30 November 2026 to be published by 28 February 2027
