CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that, as of 31 March 2026, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 70,156,883 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") with each one carrying one voting right. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights is therefore 70,156,883.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
