CVS announces that on 22 January 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 24 October 2025 (the "Share Buyback Programme").

CVS intends to cancel all of the purchased Ordinary Shares.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased, CVS will have 70,156,093 Ordinary Shares in issue and holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in CVS is therefore 70,156,093 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CVS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

These purchases successfully complete the Buyback Programme of up to £20 million announced on 24 October 2025. Since 24 October 2025, the Company has purchased 1,584,690 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at an average price of 1,262.08 pence per share, at a total cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of £19,999,995.20.
