Changes to Non-Executive Director Responsibilities
CVS, the UK listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, is pleased to announce a change in responsibilities for one of the recently appointed Non-Executive Directors.
Laura Hagan, Independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director and Employee Engagement Director with effect from 1 July 2026.
Laura succeeds Deborah Kemp, who will step down from the roles of Senior Independent Director, Employee Engagement Director and Remuneration Committee Chair with effect from 30 June 2026. As previously announced, Deborah, who joined the Board in January 2018, will retire and step down from the Board and all board committees on that date.
Helen Keays, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair designate of the Remuneration Committee, will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 July 2026.
This announcement is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6.
