CVC Income & Growth Limited (the Company) announces that the Notice for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at its Registered Office, together with the Annual Circular in relation to the Company's Contractual Semi-Annual Tender (together the Documents), will shortly be published to the Company's website https://ig.cvc.com/investor-information/documents-and-circulars/

The Documents will also be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism in due course and copies will be posted to shareholders together with the 2025 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements.
