James Cropper plc (AIM: CRPR), the Advanced Materials and Paper & Packaging group, announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 9 September 2026 at J36 Conference Centre, Crooklands, Milnthorpe, LA7 7NU, LA9 6QX, commencing at 11:30 BST.
The Notice of Meeting for the AGM together with a Form of Proxy are available to view on the Company's website at https://jamescropper.com/investors. The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 March 2026 can also be located on the Company's website. Physical copy documents have also been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
