Critical Mineral Resources (the "Company") announces that management and persons closely associated with them have acquired 2,668,617 ordinary shares in the Company on-market. Of these, 1,866,170 shares were acquired by PDMRs. These are set out below.

These share purchases follow the recent Agadir Melloul sedimentary copper announcement. As a result of these purchases, the mandatory 30-day closed period ahead of financial results begins tomorrow, following which the Company will publish its interims.
