Crimson Tide, the provider of the mpro5 process management app, announces that Janet Morris has tendered her resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, which will take effect immediately.

The Company had already initiated a process to bring new non-executive skills to its Board and will, accordingly, accelerate that process and make a further announcement as soon as practicable.

Chris Fielding, Chair of the Company, commented: "The Board would like to place on record its thanks for Janet's valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her every success in her future endeavours".
