AGM statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Crimson Tide today at 1.00 pm, Chris Fielding, Chair of the Company, will make the following statement:

“I am pleased to report that the Group has made a good start to the financial year ending 30 April 2027 and trading is in line with market expectations for FY27.

Five new customers have been contracted since the start of the year, each of which is now live on the mpro5 platform. In addition, three existing customers have agreed 12-month contract extensions, demonstrating continued confidence in the platform and our customer success model. These wins reflect the evolution of our go-to-market strategy. We are increasingly targeting smaller, faster-to-deploy opportunities alongside larger enterprise contracts. A standardised product, lower entry price and shorter sales cycle allow us to win more customers, deploy them more quickly and grow them from within.

Contracted monthly recurring revenue stood at £0.4 million at the date of this statement. Although forecast churn has moderated the rate of growth, new customer wins and expansion within the existing customer base have returned the Group to a positive MRR trajectory.

Our repositioning of mpro5 as one connected platform for frontline compliance, supported by the new brand and website launched in May and by increased investment in marketing this year, is starting to gain traction. The pipeline continues to build and, importantly, to convert.

Cash as at 21 September 2026 amounted to £1.5 million (£1.3 million at the date of last AGM on 29th October 2025 and £2.1 million at 30 April 2026). This reflects the normal timing of cash receipts and expenditure across the Group together with ongoing investment in product development and growth initiatives.

We anticipate announcing our interim results for the half year to 31 October 2026 before the end of November.”
