The Company has been notified that the following award of options has been made on 22 December 2025, pursuant to the Cranswick plc Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme (the "Scheme"), to certain Directors over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:
