22 September 2026 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in healthcare financial performance solutions, announces that on 22 September 2026, Susan Nelson, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee, purchased 1,408 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1,054 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Susan Nelson holds 1,408 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.004% of the Company’s issued share capital (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
