The Company announces that, as part of its Tenure Policy and succession planning, Mr John Newlands, Board member and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee of the Company, will retire from the Board and not stand for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place in December 2026.

The Company will announce the effective date of Mr Newlands' retirement at the appropriate time.

This announcement is released in compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
