In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), Costain Group PLC announces that Kate Rock, Non-Executive Chair and Chair of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chemring Group PLC (Chemring), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 April 2026. Upon joining Chemring, Kate will become Senior Independent Director and member of their Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
