The Company announces that Colin Keane PCA of Helen Willis, Chief Financial Officer, sold 344,645 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £2.005 per share on 16 June 2026. After this sale Helen maintains an interest over 1,007,659 shares representing 437% of salary (shareholding guideline 200%).
