The Company announces that Colin Keane PCA of Helen Willis, Chief Financial Officer, sold 253,793 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £1.9682 per share on 14 April 2026. After this sale Helen maintains an interest over 1,246,375 shares representing 471% of salary (shareholding guideline 200%).
