Corero (AIM: CNS) (OTCQX: DDOSF) ("Corero" or "the Company"), the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists and champion of adaptive, real-time service availability, announces that it has issued and allotted 7,919,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by a former employee of the Company.
The Shares have been issued out of the block listing of 61,856,538 ordinary shares in the Company that was admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 12 May 2022, as referenced and in accordance with an announcement dated 6 May 2022.
The Company advises that, following the issue of the 7,919,000 new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 520,084,134 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 520,084,134 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
