The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company"), the property investment and development group, was notified on 10 September 2026 of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") carried out by Robert Ware, Chief Executive, and his spouse, Deborah Ware.

On 10 September 2026 Robert Ware sold 258,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.4 pence per share from his nominee account. On the same day, Robert Ware purchased 80,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.4 pence per share and 240,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.4 pence per share, to be held in his ISA and SIPP respectively.

On 10 September 2026 Deborah Ware sold 62,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.4 pence per share.

Following the purchase and sale of ordinary shares in the Company, Robert Ware's notifiable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,980,050 ordinary shares (including ordinary shares held by his wife), representing 8.35% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
