Retirement of Chief Financial Officer

Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a Bermuda-based multi‑line reinsurance business, announces that Elaine Whelan, Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director, has informed the Board of her intention to retire. The Board has commenced a formal process to identify a successor, and further updates will be provided in due course. Elaine will remain in her role to support a transition period, and will step down from the Board and her executive role with effect from 30 September 2026.
