Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems, and mission-critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, will release its audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Final Results") on Monday, 13 April 2026.

Miles Adcock, CEO, and Kim Garrod, CFO, will host an in-person analyst briefing at 9am on the morning of Final Results at the offices of Investec, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP
