Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems, and mission-critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that Kim Garrod, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has informed the Board of her intention to retire and step down from her position. Kim will remain in her role until the end of 2026 to ensure there is a smooth transition process, and she and the rest of the executive team remain fully focused on the delivery of Concurrent's strategy.

 

The Board has begun an external recruitment process to identify Kim's successor, and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.

 

Miles Adcock, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Over the past four years, Kim has made a significant contribution to Concurrent, providing disciplined financial leadership and supporting the execution of our strategic priorities, including the successful completion and integration of the Phillips acquisition.
