TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2025

 

In accordance with its obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Compass Group PLC confirms that as at 31 December 2025 its issued share capital consists of:

 

1,785,403,977 ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each of which:

 

1,700,430,644 ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each are admitted to trading and 84,973,333 ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each are held in treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in respect of the ordinary shares admitted to trading is 1,700,430,644 with each ordinary share having one vote.

 

The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended.

 

The total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Compass Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
