Cohort plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of directors of the Company in ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to the vesting of share awards.

 

Transfer of Share Awards

On 28 July 2026, Ordinary Shares that had automatically vested from awards in accordance with the rules of the 2013 Restricted Share Scheme established on 30 July 2013 (the "Restricted Share Scheme") were transferred to the executive directors of the Company (the "Transfers"). This was the final tranche of the award to vest.  The following table sets out the details of the Transfers:
