Board changes and Committee membership updates

Coats Group plc ('Coats,' the 'Company' or the 'Group'), the world's leading industrial thread and footwear components manufacturer, announces that it has received notice from Srinivas Phatak, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of his intention to step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2026.

Tim Cobbold, Chair of the Board, stated "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Srinivas for his contribution to Coats over the past two years during a period of strategic transformation. We wish him every success for the future."

It is also announced that Wu Gang, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will join the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 January 2027 and that David Paja, Executive Director and Group CEO, has been appointed Chair of the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.
