CLS has been notified that its Non-executive Director, Johannes Conradi FRICS, has been appointed a director to the Supervisory Boards of Branicks Group AG, with effect from 1 September 2026, and VIB Vermögen AG (a subsidiary of Branicks Group AG), with effect from 31 August 2026.  Mr Conradi's appointment to the Supervisory Board of Branicks Group AG will be subject to a shareholder vote at its General Meeting on 9 October 2026. Both companies are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 

 

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph LR6.4.9(2)R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
