CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), the Sheffield-based e-commerce and IT procurement group delivering tailored, next-day IT solutions through its Systems Assurance and MoreCoCo divisions, announces that, further to its announcement on 31 March 2026, the date and time of its forthcoming annual general meeting ("AGM") have been revised.

The AGM, which was originally scheduled to be held on 28 April 2026 at 12:30 p.m., will now be held on 11 May 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

The AGM will be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.

The notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, will be posted to shareholders on 16 April 2026 and will also be made available on the Company's website at: www.cloudcoco.co.uk.

All other details relating to the AGM remain unchanged.
