CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CleanTech Lithium" or the "Company")

Notice of Annual General Meeting and Electronic Communications

CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, Frankfurt:T2N), an exploration and development company advancing next-generation sustainable lithium projects in Chile for the EV transition, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at its registered office at de Carteret House, 7 Castle Street, St Helier JE2 3BT on 22 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. GMT

The Notice and a template of the proxy form for the 2025 AGM will be available on the Company's website today and will additionally be dispatched to shareholders.

In addition to the AGM notice, shareholder attention is also drawn to the fact that the Company has chosen to communicate electronically with its shareholders in certain situations.

The Articles allow the Company to use its website to publish statutory documents and communications to shareholders, such as the Annual Report and Accounts, as its default method of publication.  Therefore, in future, it is the Company's preference to publish Notice of Meetings, including AGM, Annual Report and Accounts and other statutory communications, on the Company website at www.ctlithium.com.  Reducing the number of communications sent by post will not only reduce the impact that the unnecessary printing and distribution of reports has on the environment but also result in cost savings for the Company.
