Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

 

Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM: CPH2), the UK-based green hydrogen technology company, is pleased to announce the result of the resolutions put to Shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting held earlier today, convened in relation to the Fundraising announced at 7.00 a.m. on 1 July 2026 the ("Fundraising Announcement").

 

All resolutions, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority. The results of the poll for each resolution will be available shortly on the Company's website at: www.cph2.com.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 318,282,168 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place on or around 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2026. The 169,333,333 Firm Placing Shares were admitted to trading on 7 July 2026 and the net proceeds of the Firm Placing have been received by the Company. Total gross proceeds raised in the Fundraising is approximately £7.3m.

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 989,628,584 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights will also be 989,628,584.
