Warrants

The Company can confirm that, in line with the terms of the Placing Agreement as disclosed in the Fundraising announced on 1 July 2026, 48,761,550 and 25,294,883 warrants have been issued to TPI and West Hill respectively entitling the holder to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share at the Issue Price per warrant for five years. These broker warrants will only be issued in certificated form and will be freely transferable. No fractions of broker warrants will be issued. The broker warrants will not be listed on AIM or any other exchange.
