(“CPH2”, the “Company” or the “Group”)
Issue of Equity
Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM: CPH2), the UK-based green hydrogen technology company, announces that 3,216,450 new Ordinary Shares (the “New Ordinary Shares”) in the Company have been issued to in lieu of fees due for advisory services. This issue of New Ordinary Shares allows the Company to deploy its cash resources towards ongoing operations.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 22 September 2026.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 992,845,034 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company. As the Company holds no shares in treasury, this is the total number of the voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change in the interest, in the share capital of the Company under Chapter 5 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules as reflected in the Company's articles of incorporation.
